How returns work

Email us within 45 days of delivery

Send a note to Care@OTCHealthMart.com with your order number. Tell us why if you'd like - it helps us improve - but you don't have to.

We send you a prepaid return label

Within one business day, we'll email you a UPS prepaid return label. Print it and tape it to the original box, or drop it at any UPS location and we'll email the label directly to UPS.

We refund your original payment

As soon as your return arrives at our warehouse, we issue the full refund to your original payment method. Credit cards typically show the refund within 3-5 business days. We'll email you the moment the refund is issued.

What can be returned

Every hearing device and personal sound amplifier we sell is eligible for our 45-day guarantee. This includes:

  • iHEAR Matrix, Axis, Linx OTC hearing aids
  • HearingAssist CONNECT ITE and STREAM RIC hearing aid kits
  • TReO by iHEAR personal sound amplifier (single or pair)
  • Accessories purchased alongside a device

Accessories purchased separately (replacement domes, tubes, batteries, cleaning supplies) are returnable within 30 days if unopened. Opened accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Warranty coverage

Beyond our 45-day guarantee, every hearing device comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. If your device fails within the first year due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it at no cost. Damage from misuse, liquids, or accidents is not covered under warranty but can sometimes be repaired for a modest fee - email us.

Pre-sale and back-order orders

Your 45-day guarantee starts the day your pre-sale order is delivered - not the day you placed it. So if you reserved an iHEAR Matrix at the Founding Backer price today and it ships in July 2026, your 45 days begin the day UPS drops it at your door.
