Receive the applicable return instructions
Care reviews eligibility and provides the return instructions. A prepaid UPS return label is provided when applicable.
Refund review and processing
After an eligible return is received and reviewed, OTCHealth processes the refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Banks may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit.
Return preparation
Please include the device and supplied accessories. Original packaging is helpful but not required. Missing accessories may affect the refund amount after review.
Warranty coverage
The 75-day return process is separate from any applicable manufacturer warranty. Contact Care with your order number and we will route the request to the appropriate support path.
