U.S. shipping

Orders over $75: free UPS Ground shipping.

Orders under $75: $7.95 flat shipping fee.

Continental U.S.: typically 3–5 business days after shipment. Alaska and Hawaii: typically 5–7 business days. U.S. territories: typically 7–10 business days.

International shipping

OTCHealth ships worldwide via DHL at a flat rate of $20 per order. Estimated delivery is 10–21 business days from shipment. International orders include DHL tracking.

Order processing and tracking

In-stock orders are processed within one business day. Orders placed before noon Pacific may ship the same day. You will receive tracking by email after shipment.

Shipping questions or issues

For a late, damaged, or lost shipment, email Care@OTCHealthMart.com with your order number. Care reviews the situation and provides the applicable next steps.

Returns
