How returns work

  1. Email Care@OTCHealthMart.com with your order number within 75 days of delivery.
  2. Care reviews eligibility and provides the applicable return instructions. A prepaid UPS return label is provided when applicable.
  3. After an eligible return is received and reviewed, OTCHealth processes the refund within 3–5 business days. Banks may take another 3–5 business days to post the credit.

Please include the device and supplied accessories. Original packaging is helpful but not required. Missing accessories may affect the refund amount after review.

U.S. orders over $75 ship free via UPS Ground; orders under $75 carry a $7.95 flat fee. OTCHealth ships worldwide via DHL at a $20 flat rate per order.
