Our Promise

Every OTC hearing aid, personal sound amplifier, and accessory sold by OTCHealth is backed by a 45-day money-back guarantee. You have 45 days from the day your order arrives at your door to decide if it's right for you.

If it's not — for any reason, or no reason at all — return it for a full refund. No restocking fees. No questions asked. We even cover return shipping.

How to Return

  1. Email Care@OTCHealthMart.com with your order number and a brief note that you'd like to return your order.
  2. We'll email you a prepaid UPS return label within one business day.
  3. Pack your items (with all original accessories — batteries, ear tips, carrying case, cables) back into the original box.
  4. Drop the box at any UPS location or schedule a pickup.
  5. Your refund processes within 3-5 business days of our receiving the return. The refund posts to your original payment method within another 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

What's Refunded

We refund 100% of the product price plus any original shipping fees you paid. Return shipping is free — we provide the prepaid label.

Items That Must Be Returned

To qualify for a full refund, please return:

  • The hearing aid(s) or personal sound amplifier(s)
  • Any unopened batteries and accessories
  • Charging cases and cables
  • Original retail packaging if possible (not required, just helpful)

Lost or missing accessories: we may deduct the cost of missing items from your refund, but only if the device itself is returned without them. Email us first if something is missing — we can usually work something out.

Hygiene and Safety

We do not resell returned hearing aids or personal sound amplifiers as new. Every returned device is inspected and either refurbished for authorized resale programs or responsibly disposed of. Your health and the health of future customers is not compromised.

Warranty Coverage (Separate from Returns)

Beyond the 45-day money-back window, every OTCHealth product carries a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer (HearingAssist, iHEAR Medical, or the specific brand) — contact us at Care@OTCHealthMart.com and we'll route your claim.
