Free Shipping on Orders Over $75
All orders over $75 ship free via UPS Ground from our Roseville, California facility. Orders under $75 carry a flat $7.95 shipping fee.
Order Processing
In-stock orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific or on weekends ship the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Continental United States: 3-5 business days via UPS Ground
- Alaska and Hawaii: 5-7 business days
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.): 7-10 business days
Tracking Your Order
Every order ships with UPS tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility. No guessing.
Pre-Sale Orders (iHEAR Matrix)
The iHEAR Matrix is currently on pre-sale. Pre-sale orders begin shipping July 2026. Your card is charged today to lock in your tier price and reserve your place in line. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment your Matrix ships.
Discreet Packaging
Orders arrive in discreet, unmarked outer shipping boxes. The inner retail packaging has the full branding, but the shipping label doesn't indicate what's inside.
International Shipping
At this time, OTCHealth ships to the 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories only. We are working on international shipping for 2026.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email Care@OTCHealthMart.com within 7 days of the tracking-confirmed delivery date. We will replace damaged items at no cost and file a claim with UPS for lost shipments.
