OTCHealth Shipping Policy — Worldwide
Free Shipping on U.S. Orders Over $75 All U.S. domestic orders over $75 ship free via UPS Ground from our Roseville, California facility. Orders under $75 carry a flat $7.95 shipping fee.
Order Processing In-stock orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific typically ship the same day. Orders placed after noon or on weekends ship the next business day.
U.S. Delivery Times
- Continental United States: 3–5 business days via UPS Ground
- Alaska and Hawaii: 5–7 business days
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.): 7–10 business days
International Shipping — We Ship Worldwide International orders ship via DHL at a flat rate of $20 per order — no matter where you are. Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days from shipment. Every international order includes DHL tracking, emailed to you when your order ships.
Tracking Every order — domestic or international — ships with tracking. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Discreet Packaging Orders arrive in discreet, unmarked outer shipping boxes. The inner retail packaging has the full branding, but the outer shipping label doesn't indicate what's inside.
Damaged or Lost Shipments Email Care@OTCHealthMart.com within 7 days of the tracking-confirmed delivery date. We will replace damaged items at no cost and file a claim with the carrier for lost shipments.
